My father used to worked for a plumber London company. It is the biggest plumber company in the London and in the Whole United Kingdom. But he does not work there anymore. And the reason is quite simple. It is all because the economics. I do not want to blame the foreigners but there is nothing else who could be blamed. Of course the company owners also but they are just following the simple rules of free market and they are doing everything to make their company exist. There is this urban legend that Poles are the best plumbers in the Europe. I do not know why people are saying such things. We have in our counter also good plumbers and we really do not need the ones from Poland nor from other country. I know that this is free market but those people are not better skilled than our workers. The only factor which makes them better is the thing that they are able to work for almost free. They do not need regular salaries. So companies like the Plumber London company are hiring them. I do not have any problems with foreigners but I must defend our workers who are loosing their job just because they want to live on a normal level. They were never overpaid. Actually they deserved even better working conditions and more money but instead of that they lost their jobs. Our country should do more in order to protect our workers. If not one day we can end up all on the streets.
